FRETTING!!!
To be constantly or visibly worried or anxious.
“she fretted about the cost of groceries”
synonyms: worry, be anxious, feel uneasy, be distressed, be upset, upset oneself, concern oneself;

One of the key distractors to overcoming failure is fretting. It has been said that we spend 90 percent of our time worrying about things that will never happen. What would your day be like if instead of rehearsing the perceived difficulties you focused on the perceivved victory. Remember you have to “see it, before you see it, in order to see it.” What do you see? Walls, continuous obstacles, never changing situations or possibilities, resources, and new territory.

Matthew 6:27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? Today, I am challenging myself to not fret. I am praying for the discipline of recognizing when I am fretting and not giving myself the option of rehearsing the difficulty but remaining in hope and moving forward toward the victory even if it means that for today I am still…

Said the Robin to the Sparrow
I Should really like to know
Why these anxious human beings
Rush about and worry so.”
Said the Sparrow to the Robin;
“Friend, I think that it must be
That they have no Heavenly Father
Such as cares for you and me.”
